Devil In The Details; Perfect Your Business Pitch

What makes customers buy from a business and what little details will ensure that you lose an important sale in your company? It’s an interesting question and one that you need to be prepared for either as in existing business owner or a new entrepreneur who is thinking about opening a company. It’s true to say that there are lots of little things that will make consumers more or less likely to purchase your products and services. For instance, you need to think about style and presentation. But you also need to look at how your company compares to your competition. If you’re not rising ahead of the other companies on the market, you’re not going to claim the level of demand that you want or need. To examine the issues that affect a sale we’re going to look at examples in specific industries. We’ll start by thinking about companies online and what impacts their sale rates.

Online Impacts

organic-1280537_960_720

If you’re running a business online, you need to consider the effect of your website and your social network. Both connect together to create at least part of your online business profile. Your online business profile is the tool that you can use to win over new customers online, spread the word about a product or simply build up a buzz. But again, it’s the little details that matter. For instance, did you know that a single picture, link or even keyword on your site could be the difference between a sale and a stumble on the market? We know this due to CRO and AB testing. Conversion rate optimization looks at the different aspects of a site and examines sites that have been popular in the past. Using this data, you can then correct your site to make more of an impact online. You can also use A-B testing. With A-B testing, you run two versions of one site at the same time. Half your customers sees version A of your site will the other sees version B. The difference between the two is often quite small. It could be as simple as the first picture that customers see when they open a site.

Customers are quite fickle, and their buying behavior is affected by seemingly insignificant details. If we keep the focus online, you can also consider the way in which your social media campaign works. Whenever you post something on social media, it is with the end intention of winning a sale. However, even the slightest change in the way you use social media can damage your chances. You have to realize that customers see your social media as part of your brand. If your social media changes, your brand does too. This means that you do need to be careful about your tone and style when posting on networks such as Twitter and Facebook.

In The Real World

restaurant-449952_960_720

Now let’s think about businesses that need to connect with customers and win them over in the real world. The classic example here would be a restaurant. What are the details that ensure customers regularly book tables Friday night at a restaurant? Obviously, the main information that customers will consider usually comes from the reviews of restaurants, either from professional critics or other customers. It’s quite common for customers to rely on the opinions of others before they commit to a decision themselves. The question is what will be affecting the tone and content of these reviews. The little details do matter here, and presentation is important. Before they even get the main product, they are looking around the eatery. They want to feel at home, and they want to see that there’s an ambiance. That’s why restaurant owners often make sure they have all the little details in place such as table runners and napkin holders before they open. It all plays into the idea of professionalism and a great place to dine.

You also need to think about your employees. Employees are important in every business and their interaction with customers is crucial. However, it is particularly important in cases where the interaction is part of the product. You have to remember that when people head out for a meal, they want to be greeted warmly by your staff. It’s not just about the food, they want everything to be perfect. Usually, in the restaurant industry, you will find that staff are more than willing to go the extra mile for customers. After all, they are looking for that big tip at the end of the night. But there will always be some members of the team dragging your business down. It is important that you weed these individuals out because they will have an impact on your sales and reception.

Out In The Open

Then you need to consider that there are little details affecting your sale, even before a client has walked into your business. Yes, we are indeed talking about curb appeal. Similar to a house you have to make sure that the outside of your company is making an impression. Otherwise, no one is going to walk in off the streets. Instead, they are going to whiz straight past waiting for something else to catch their eye. Curb appeal is a crucial part of your business marketing, and you can start by thinking about basic, effective forms of promotions such as prints and signage. These will dress up your building and make sure it is eye-catching. Maintenance is important too, and even from the outside, your business needs to look like it is taken care of and well looked after. If it isn’t then, customers may make similar assumptions about your business and what type of service you might be offering.

Be aware that customers will pick up on the smallest of details when they examine the exterior of your company. It won’t just be what the sign says but how well it has been put up. Do your windows look bright and clear or are they covered in muck? You have to understand that every detail of your business builds to create an impression. This impression determines whether you have just found a new customer or lost an opportunity.

Spreading The Green Gene: Getting More People To Be Sustainable

In case anyone hasn’t realised, we are indeed suffering some of a crisis with our environment. Essentially, if we’re not dedicated to changing our ways, we won’t have much of one left. Yet there are still a lot of sceptics out there, as well as people who simply can’t be bothered to put in the effort. Yet there are more, still, that do care, and those are the ones we can help to support. The more effective we make it for those who want to live sustainably to do so, the more visibility the movement gets.

Hold your businesses accountable

Corporate social responsibility is a term that has been making the rounds and picking up traction. People are getting familiar with the fact that businesses that benefit from our society should play a bigger role in supporting them as well. Whether you’re a customer or an employee, you should consider bringing up some of the ways businesses can tackle their own environmental practices. There are a lot of ways they can go green, after all, and a lot of them are going to actually help them save money. Make it clear you and plenty others care about the sustainability of the business, but make it a suggestion rather than a demand. Make it seem that you’re offering the solution you are.

Make way for bicycles

The more we can promote alternative forms of transport than cars, the better. If you run a business or you play any key role in it, then you can incentivize public or physical transport like walking or cycling with rewards like an additional break. Anyone can also look into making requests and creating petitions to get things like cycle shelters installed in public places, too. If you have to drive a car, then make sure you’re sharing the road with anyone cycling. Despite the increased risk to cyclists over the risk to drivers, many car owners refuse to acknowledge that the responsibility of sharing should rightfully belong a lot more to them.

Talk about it

Everyone has an access to some sort of influence. If people ask you recommendations of purchases, you can tell them to use sustainable retailers and why exactly. You can get in touch with local government and lobby for greener practices in public services, as well as raising awareness. If you have children at school, that can give you the perfect opportunity to get in touch with the educational environment and ask them if they’re talking about green living, too. On a national level, look at your priorities in voting and make sure your choices align with those most important. Where the value of saving the world ranks on your list is obviously up to you, but it shouldn’t be neglected for other views.

You can’t directly change the actions of how people live their lives. Trying to do so will just make people more liable to ignore. What you can do if use every ounce of influence you have around them. Change the culture and you can change the people.

Where’s The Humanity? Why (And How) Your Business Should Keep The Human Touch

If there is one thing that tends to really upset or annoy customers, it is when they feel as though they are dealing with a business which has lost its human touch. It is easy to spot a corporation which is afflicted in this way, because the way in which they communicate with real people is either jarring, disjointed, or downright rude. It goes without saying that you don’t want to talk to your customers this way, so it is clearly very important to retain the human touch in your business. Doing so might seem like a challenge, but today we are going to see how it is actually relatively straightforward. Here are some powerful, yet simple, ways to retain the humanity in your business, no matter its scope or design.

Email Signatures

Email can be one area which is particularly prone to digitized humanness. We all fall into strange ways of relating and communicating with email, and it is difficult to extricate some of these bad habits on a daily basis. But there is one part of the email where you can easily claw back some humanity – the signature. Here, you have an opportunity to sign off with something real, something genuine, and it is advisable to make the most of this opportunity. Your email signature can be a surprisingly powerful opening in which you can make a human connection. No matter the content of the email, the signature can add that little flourish at the end, and often your customers will find this reassuring.

The ‘Behind The Scenes’ Effect

People tend to really enjoy finding out about how your business works. This is at least partly because finding out about the workings of a business brings it back to its normal, everyday humanity. Your business is run by normal people, after all, and it is often a healthy sign to show that to your customers. You could even consider using a live streaming sdk solution to provide your customers with a behind-the-scenes reel, footage of your actual office at work. These can be a great way of showing a kind of basic human humility which people tend to find really attractive in a business.

Remember Your Branding

It is all too easy to get carried away with various ideas when it comes to branding. Partly, this is because a brand image does need to be slightly ‘out there’ – in other words, in needs to differ in some way, stand out and be bold. But if you can include something of your basic humanity in your branding, there is a good chance that this will have a positive ongoing effect. Remember the human when you are branding, and it is likely that the real humans – your customers – will appreciate the effort.

Customer Interactions

Finally, it is worth training your customer services staff to interact with your customers in as genuine a way as possible. There is a fine line to be drawn here; they need to be both human and utterly professional. This is a tricky balance to be had, but it is the one that works, so make sure this is what they are aiming for at all times.

Taking The Shortcuts To Building A Real Connection To Your Customers

The relationship between customer and business is one that can spend years in a state of flux or go to an extreme in a matter of moments. The wrong solution or the wrong message can ruin the whole relationship. The right approach can create the kind of brand loyalty that you might have thought only possible for the biggest of businesses. Here, we’re going to look at how you make steps to creating the best customer relationship you can.

adult-1846748_960_720

Make life as easy for them as possible

Regardless of what you’re offering them and what you find out about them, the fact is that a business shouldn’t be hard to do business with. Any barriers that separate you from your customers need to be eliminated. On your website, this might mean simplifying navigation and creating a much more streamlined e-commerce approach. In physical retail, this means making sure that your services are accessible, especially when it comes to payment. If you’re not using things like merchant services to offer more payment options to your customers, then they may just well look elsewhere. Keeping your business accessible to your market is vital if you want to have any kind of relationship with your customers.

old-phone-1742846_960_720

Listen to them

That same level of ease and flexibility should go into how you conduct customer communication. A lot of smaller businesses, in particular, tend to have a hard time listening to criticism. Instead of offering support, they can get defensive. Besides listening to them in person and offering customer support, seek their advice online. Ask for testimonials, send out surveys through social media, ask them what they think of you. You might not like some of the answers, but its crucial to understanding the marketing that you’ve found yourself in. Even being willing and open to listening to feedback, and sometimes showcasing the changes you make in response, can win you a lot of respect from existing and potential customers alike.

binoculars-1209892_960_720

Get some insight

A customer might be able to tell you about how they think and feel about your business. However, they’re not always the most reliable people to talk to when it comes to finding out what they want. A better way to do that is just let them show them. For instance, you can use customer relationship management tools to compile all sorts of data on them that allows you some insight into those wants. You can use your website as a tool to the same ends, too. Heat maps can show what parts of the website garner more attention that others. If you use a search bar on your site, realize how useful a tool that can be as well. The results of search bar analysis give you a direct look at what your customers are looking for.

Knowing their wants and needs and knowing that you don’t know everything is important. You need to be open in the relationship and willing to listen, as you should be in all relationships. Sometimes that also means reading between the lines and doing a little digging to find what they really want.

How To Write A CV That Gets You Noticed

job-search-276893_960_720

credit

If you’ve never written a CV or Resume before, it can be quite a daunting and, somewhat overwhelming task.

Of course there are many resources and templates online that can guide you, but sometimes you can lead yourself down a rabbit hole of looking at these too much, and not just focusing on the basics.

The important thing to remember with a CV is, the intention of it is to pique interest in you enough to get you noticed, and have the potential employer wish to speak to you – they don’t want to see every single detail of your life, what you do at the weekend for fun, how much you love the Batman movies, or what you had for dinner last night.

Sure, they want to know a bit about who you are, because this allows them to see if you could be a potential good fit for the company overall, but they’re really just looking for an overview.

Here are a few tips for you to use when creating your first or next CV.

Length:

The length of your CV is quite important, and the key is to give enough information for relevance, but keep it as short as you can to give that information. Usually a CV should be about 1-2 A4 pages. Unless it’s extremely relevant to the position you’re applying for, then any more than that is simply not required, and they may not even read it all. People are busy, so they don’t have time to read all that – they simply want an introduction to you, and will ask you more details during the interview stage.

Format:

Despite what some people believe, there really is no right or wrong way to format a CV. You definitely want it to read easy, so creating sections, short sentences, and avoiding massive paragraphs that just seem like a wall of words is all you really need to do.

Start with your personal details at the top of the page, such as your name, address, date of birth and contact details. Then create sections for education, employment history, skills, passions, and hobbies.

Also don’t be afraid to be honest about where you feel your strengths and weaknesses are: this, if nothing else, shows that you’re honest, willing to improve, and can acknowledge that you’re human and can overcome failures.

Each of these, obviously apart from the education and employment history should simply be a sentence or two.

Information:

When writing a CV, there are some people out there who will encourage you to exaggerate or even downright lie about your skills, passions, and even your education and employment background. This is not only a bad idea due to being morally wrong, but it’s incredibly silly due to being illegal in some places, and at the very least, if found to be lying or withholding important information on a CV, you would most certainly lose your job, and may have trouble finding another one. So, before you go applying for Science Jobs that you’re not properly qualified for, then you should maybe re-think that plan.

The thing is: if there’s a job you do want, but you’re not qualified for, then there are always ways around that, such as applying for an internship or entry-level position and working your way up, or even getting some qualifications that may be needed.

Honesty is always the best policy.

You Can Overcome Failure In Various Aspects Of Your Life

Everyone fails from time to time, but some people are hit way harder than others. Failure can come in all shapes and sizes, but remember, the most important thing is how you deal with the failure and overcome it, that’s what truly matters. There’s nothing wrong with dusting yourself off, getting back up, and trying again. Here are some varying aspects in life you could fail at, and how best to try again.

Failure In Business

Happiness in business is quite had to ascertain, and when you realise that 90% of new startups fail, it becomes clear just how hard business success is, that in itself should give you some reassurances if you’ve failed. However, just because you failed does not mean you or your business ideas are constantly doomed. Instead, try to learn from it, avoid the same mistakes next time around. The lessons you can learn from failing, from whatever reasons, will make you a better person and help you become a better businessperson in future endeavours. You need to search and find a lesson, take something from the failure and apply it next time around. Set yourself, be adamant you’ll succeed and keep pushing, only this way can you overcome failure. Start again, just keep pouring your drive and influence into new business ideas and plans, it’s all about self motivation, if you can get a business up and running again you’ll know what to look out for to keep it afloat.

Failure In Education

If you didn’t get the degree you wanted or failed at getting one altogether try not to let it get to you, there are many people who failed university and still managed to make huge successes out of their lives, again it’s how you stand up despite failure. Failing college overall is of course way worse than simply failing a semester, but you need to pick yourself up and analyse your life. If what you wanted to do really centred around the obtaining of a degree then re-enroll. Admit you messed up and get straight back into it. Sometimes you can make a deal with your head of school and only resit part of the year, providing you’ve got some good grades the first time around, this can stop you having to resit the whole course again and could save you a year or two of your life. Learn from your mistakes and study more, even hire a tutor for extra help if you need to. If what you want from life does not require a degree, then perhaps it’s time to move on, and it’ll save you a tonne of debt. There are other types of training courses available for people who are smart but don’t have degrees, so get researching and stay positive, as we have seen, it can be done.

Failure In Sport

So you wanted to become a big star, but it hasn’t worked out. Either you’ve picked up one injury too many, or your talents simply aren’t up to scratch compared to the rest of the people in your area. Failure may not be the end for you. You need to pick yourself up, either get into the gym, book sessions in with a physio and get out on the field training every day to improve, or take a long hard think and ponder whether this is exactly what you wanted to do, because if you haven’t got the drive to get out and work, you likely don’t want it enough. Think about other passions and pastimes you may have, start diverting more of your time into them and before long you’ll have a new direction in life. Dealing with sporting failure is one of the hardest to overcome because often there is no way back, especially if you’re in your early twenties.

Failure In Marriage

If your marriage has failed then first you need to take a deep breath, and understand it wasn’t all your fault, it’s split 50/50. Of course some people realise the failure eventually leads to happiness, and it’s from this you should draw solace. If the marriage failed, for whatever reason, then it wasn’t right. It’ll feel awful at first, especially if you didn’t necessarily want it to end. But time is the best healer, and before long you’ll be back on your feet. The power of positivity rules here, you need to get outside with your family and friends, meet new people, try new things, and before long months would have passed and you’ll be happy it all ended. Granted, it’s a horrible thing to go through, but just remember if it’s going to make you happier it needs to be done.

Career Failure

One of the most common failures is that of a career failure. Perhaps you thought you would be higher in the company you work for, perhaps you thought you’d be head of department in a school instead of just a teacher? There are two things to consider, firstly, changing careers, and secondly, whether you’ve been pushing hard enough. If you have, then step back and if you’re not happy leave, your happiness comes first. If you haven’t, then ask for a meeting with your supervisor and tell him exactly what you want and when you want it by. Be assertive, if you’re good at your job they may give you a raise just to keep you at the business instead of lose you to a competitor. Sometimes you won’t get noticed unless you start shouting about it. Don’t see it as a failure if you’re passed over for promotion, just keep going, apply again using the previous rounds experience to guide you forward. Start applying for similar jobs in different businesses or fields, doing this can get you a better pay grade or more responsibility, all things you can put on your resume.  The key in the career game is not to get bogged down, because if you do life will fly past and before you know it it’ll be too late.

Improve Customer Communication WIth These Clever, Simple Tactics

call-15924_960_720

credit

How you communicate with your customers will define how they see you as a company. It is critical that you get it right, as failure to communicate well can lead to confusion, damaged reputation, and loss of sales. In today’s guide, I’m going to take a brief look at some simple but smart tactics to ensure you are continually improving the way you communicate with clients and customers. Let’s take a closer look.

Open ears

First of all, make sure you are listening to what your customers are saying. Whether it’s anecdotal evidence from an angry customer on the phone or comment on your social media, your customers will be able to tell you what is going wrong with your business. Being a good listener is a vital part of excellent communication – so keep your ears open and start hearing.

phone-735062_960_720

Know your audience

When it is time to ‘speak’ to your audience, it is impossible to do without knowing who they are. You have no choice but to research your market and find out everything you can about them. Where do they live, how old are they, and what are their interests? Once you have all the data you need, you will be able to draw up a picture of the average person interested in your product or service.

Talk in their language

Once you know who your audience are, you should adapt your tone of voice so that they can understand it. The tone of voice is critical in getting your message across, and getting it wrong can be disastrous. Avoid using industry terms and jargon, unless that is how your audience speaks.

Give them what they need

Make it easy for your customers to find out more about who you are and what you do. There are numerous ways of approaching this task. For example, make sure you are contactable via text message, phone, VoIP, social media, email – the works. You could also use something like NFC tags in your marketing materials. As NFC Direct point out, it can help them find out more about your business, or send them direct to your website in an instant. Everyone prefers a different way of communicating or finding out information, so provide for them all as much as you can.

press-1015988_960_720

credit

Be honest

While this point might sound obvious, there are far too many companies out there who overhype themselves when it comes to messaging. The simple truth is that this tactic can only backfire. And once you get the reputation of spreading untruths, it can be hard to shake. Avoid these problems arising by always taking the straight route. Never overestimate your product or service’s ability to achieve results, or it will come back and bite you at some point.

Focus on benefits

Finally, in all your product details, focus on the advantages it brings to your customer. Nobody wants to read endless product or service descriptions, but if you can highlight how it will help your client’s life, you will find you get more sales.

Any more tips to add? Let me know about them and join in on the conversation!

16373624539_64c91d0931_n

Getting ahead in the music industry can be tough. Getting recognized and getting signed can take forever for some artists. You need to take a proactive approach to start building up a fan base and generating some buzz around yourself. That’s why social media is one of the greatest tools available to musicians.

There are many social media websites out there which you can use for promoting your music. Some are even designed for artists. Each has its own unique benefits for musicians. Here are five of the best ones for bands and artists to promote themselves.

Facebook

With an average of over 1.18 billion daily active users, Facebook is a great place to promote anything. You can create a page for your music and start connecting with fans.

Facebook is fantastic for all promotional purposes. You can post links to your music, upcoming tour dates, and anything else that might interest your fans. Start building up followers to get your music career buzzing.

Twitter

Much like Facebook, Twitter is great for all your promotional needs. With its short, 140-character length posts, it’s ideal for posting tidbits of news and tour dates.

It’s ideal for reaching out to new fans. People often share posts from their favorite bands and artists, so more users will see them. It’s also excellent for fan engagement, so make sure you make a page on Twitter.

Soundcloud

Soundcloud is becoming a hotbed of up and coming artists. In fact, many rappers and singers used the platform to launch their career. You can create a profile and upload your songs to listeners all over the world.

Getting a lot of plays and followers on Soundcloud can get you recognized by people in the industry. It helps to cross-promote your songs on other social networks, and you could also consider buying Soundcloud plays.

The more listeners you get, the better. Your fan base will grow fast, and your music career will take off.

Spotify

Spotify is becoming the streaming service of choice for music lovers all over the world. Every artist should get their music on Spotify. Not only will it please your current fans, but it can also get you tons of new ones!

Spotify has some interesting built-in social features which make it great for promotion. For instance, it’s easy to post links to your music on Facebook and other social networks. You could also put your songs on public playlists to get new listeners.

While Spotify does pay artists and labels- they only get a small dividend. The value is more in the free promotion you get- you can drum up new fans which will come to tours and buy merchandise.

YouTube

YouTube is arguably the best place for musicians to promote themselves. Many bands and artists generate a buzz by recording and posting cover versions of songs. You can also post videos of live performances.

If you want to take things a step further, you could even create a music video. You could generate a lot of interest in your song- especially if it goes viral.

Video content is highly useful for performers. It’s free to post videos on YouTube, and you can generate a strong base of followers and viewers to make your name.

Tech Tips: Amazing Hacks For Your iPhone That You Don’t Know About!

iphone_7_plus_29789933241

(Source: http://bit.ly/2gBewLq)

These days, technology is taking over the world, and everyone has a smartphone in their pocket. Arguably the most popular of all smartphones is the iPhone. No matter what model you have, they’re great devices and can do a lot for you. But, did you know there are some cool iPhone hacks you’re missing out on? Check them out down below for more info:

Play Games On iMessage

Many of us have iPhones and want to play some games on them when we get bored. The problem is we don’t have enough storage to download loads of games and keep them on our phone. Well, this one simple hack will change that problem once and for all. With the latest iOS update, you can now download games to play on iMessage. In fact, there’s an app you can download that includes loads of games all in one place. So, you can play your mates at 8-ball pool or connect four while waiting for your train home. All you have to do is go into iMessage and press the App Store icon next to where you send a message. This will take you to the store and show you all the iMessage compatible games you can download.

Turn Your Phone Into A Home Cinema

There are a few cool hacks you can do to turn your little iPhone into a proper home cinema. The best option turns your phone into a film projector for everyone to enjoy. You can find full details of how to do this, but I’ll give you the shorthand. You simply cut a hole in the front of a shoebox and stick a magnifying glass in there. Then, you stand your iPhone in the box behind it, and the screen gets projected through the glass onto the wall! You can make your cinema experience better by downloading apps to watch movies and TV on too. There are loads out there like the Showbox App For iPhone that allow you to do this. With a big movie library at your disposal, you can enjoy a crazy movie night at your house with just an iPhone.

Charge Your Phone Quicker Than Ever Before

We’ve all been in situations when we desperately need our phones to charge. Perhaps you left it on all night and now have to deal with 10% to last the day? You have half an hour before you need to leave for work and frantically stick your charger in the phone. Most of the time, our phones don’t charge quick enough, and we’re still left struggling with half a phone battery all day long. With technology advancing fast, there are many tech tools you may not even know about. It’s hard to keep up with everything new, and your business may be missing a trick! One of the great modern technology features that businesses can benefit from is remote access technology.

All Windows computers have built-in remote assistance features. Macs also feature the Apple Remote Desktop tool. But you can also find software designed for businesses to make remote access even simpler. It’s a highly practical tool well worth considering. But just how can it benefit your business?

Rapid I.T. Support

Dealing with computer problems is one of the biggest hassles in the workplace. Network connectivity issues and software usage problems can bother everyone in your company. Hardware faults and security breaches are even more stressful! Avoiding these problems helps with business efficiency, and that’s where remote access helps.

In-house I.T. support is often costly and not always the most practical option. It’s helpful to outsource your I.T. services, but you might worry about getting slower support. The good news is many I.T. companies now provide instant support with remote assistance software. Modern businesses like WesTec services and many others can help your business remotely.

A lot of modern I.T. companies even offer remote monitoring to identify and solve problems before they slow down your business. You can browse all over the internet and restart your computer without having to worry about annoying errors causing you stress!

Remote Working

It’s helpful to have people in their office at all times, but it doesn’t always happen. You might need employees in your business to travel sometimes, and workers often take days off for appointments. The same applies to you. What if you need to get work done, but you’re not at the office?

Remote access software lets you access a computer from anywhere. It’s a technique Universities often use to let students complete work on their student accounts from home. Many businesses are also making use of this nowadays to make remote working possible.

Many studies point towards the benefits of flexible working. It exemplifies why remote access is a valuable asset for businesses. You can allow employees to take a day off from the office but still get all their work completed from home! But bear in mind remote access software isn’t the only method for this. You can also submit work from anywhere using cloud collaboration tools like Google Docs.

Customer Assistance

While remote access helps you get instant I.T. support, you can also provide immediate customer help. Fast customer service is vital in the digital age, and remote help can go a long way!

If a customer emails you telling you they have problems using your website, writing out instructions isn’t practical. Instead, they can give you access to their desktop so you can show them how to use your online shopping cart or where to find your products.

It’s a vital tool for companies who develop software or apps. Remote access is possible on smartphones as well, so you can show customers how to use your product on computers or portable devices.
