Taking Better Care Of Your Physical Health

Taking Better Care Of Your Physical Health

You only get one body, and now’s the time you started taking better care of it. Your physical health should be one of your top priorities, no matter what kind of life you’re living. The way you treat your body plays a huge role in what you’re able to do, and what you feel on a daily basis. If you only eat junk food and skip out on sleep and water, then it’s only natural that you’re not going to feel good day-to-day. There’s no better time to start than now, and understand that it’s okay to pace yourself if you want things to stick.

Trying to do everything at once is something that causes a lot of people to fail early on, and this is because trying to give up everything you do that is unhealthy is difficult. Even one bad habit can be hard to drop, so you need to go at a pace that works for you. Take baby steps, and learn to appreciate your progress as you go.

Sleep is your best friend

Sleep is something that’s so easily traded for pleasure or work, yet it’s essential to both your physical and mental wellbeing. Getting a healthy amount of sleep is going to make every other step you need to make easier. If you want to start dieting, being tired is only going to increase your cravings. If you want to start working out, being tired is going to prevent you from doing so. It’s not easy to get into, but if you’re going to make a start, you should consider getting a good night’s sleep first.

You need to relax

Getting stressed is something that we could all give up. While some amount of stress can be a healthy motivator, being overwhelmed by it can shut you down. It can cause you to burn out, it can cause headaches, it can cause a number of health issues. The point is, too much stress is bad for you. What you need are ways to help you process and deal with that stress.

Hobbies can be a great way to rid yourself of stress. Give yourself something to look forward to, and find a way you can blow off steam in a healthy way. Take the time to learn something, or achieve something. If it helps to take you away from your problems, it’s working.

Get yourself checked

If you’re going to get started on improving your health, then you should make sure that you’re currently fit and well. When was the last time you visited your doctor? You should get yourself checked if you have any health concerns, whether it be at your local GP, CBD medical, or elsewhere. Visiting your doctor should be something you do every few years, as no matter how healthy you are – there are still some things that might go unnoticed. On top of that, getting to know your doctor better allows you to build trust, and makes it easier for them to familiarize themselves with any of your previous health concerns.

Loving Yourself: Care Guide for Women

When we talk about happiness, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We are all built from distinct opinions, interests, and styles, which distinguishes and beautifies us. But one thing that all successful ladies have in particular is a commitment to self-care. And, like everything else, everyone’s definition of self-care is distinct.

But whether you elaborate on them or not, there are indeed a few common themes that bind us all together. So, although you can be happy even if you don’t follow the conventional guides, a few typical self-care behaviors keep a woman glowing.

Fitness

Self-care is more than bubble baths and skincare, though these can help. Self-care entails liking oneself enough to stay fit. It ought to be our top health priority, yet we often overlook this area. But here’s the thing: almost everybody knows people should move their bodies day after day, but we frequently don’t, which could lead to subconscious guilt and dissatisfaction in ourselves.

Regular exercise is an essential type of self-care for women. When we prioritize ourselves and participate in physical activity, most of our fears about workouts and mobility fades. Furthermore, a growing body of research indicates the significance of exercise in managing anxiety and depression, along with enhancing mental health and contributing to a satisfying future.

Sleep

If you want to be overjoyed, it’s time to sleep. According to studies, sleep and moods have a significant link. We become irritable when we don’t get enough sleep. A person feeling fatigued is not in a pleasant vibe. That isn’t exactly rocket science.

Poor sleep influences mood by producing irritation and tension, but enough sleep can contribute to a good temper and even pleasure. Long stretches of not getting enough sleep could also raise the chance of developing anxiousness, depression, or other mood disturbances. At the same time, sleeping for extended lengths of time helps you feel healthy, pleasant, and robust.

Mindfulness

Time spent alone will be soothing and renewing. To be alone allows you to rejuvenate. We often face career and family responsibilities, so spending quality time with yourself might help you replenish your bucket. Spending time alone will enable you to learn to know, appreciate, and eventually love yourself deeper.

You’ll also improve your ability to empathize with others and build stronger, closer ties with your dear ones. Allocating time to reflect and practice mindfulness can result in a more incredible feeling of well-being. You could also use it to treat and prevent anxiety.

Wardrobe

Could it be true that every garment in your wardrobe accentuates and highlights your figure? Or are you feeling frustrated because everything you see is shabby jeans and out-of-date outfits with the labels still attached? If you don’t have a single item that you genuinely like, it’s time to go shopping.

Your closet should have a variety of your top personal favorites that provide you delight daily. That way, getting dressed in the morning won’t be a cause of concern for you.

Hair Care

We are all aware of common hair issues such as dandruff, baldness, split ends, and other damages. But few are aware that we must also manage its pH balance and that follicles must be robust for healthy tresses. We typically use shampoo and massage our hair with oil. The majority of individuals often neglect the process of applying one of the most crucial products.

Conditioning is essential since shampoos tend to take away all the excess oils and nutrients from the scalp. It assists in bringing your crowning glory back to life. Using hair conditioner for hair fall helps protect your luscious locks from dryness, loss, and dullness. They provide gloss and shine to your hair, making it seem complete and healthy.

Nails

A lovely manicure seems to be both youthful and stylish! It’s something that plenty of ladies need. But before that, you need healthy, strong nails, which is where nail care can help. If you prefer to make your nails at home or your local salon is fully booked, you can scour the web for a stunning DIY manicure. And if you’re uncertain what to ask for your next session, there are several nail trends you’ll want to try.

Making good decisions and letting others know whatever you like and don’t like is part of taking charge of oneself. Many women seek control because it allows them to establish clarity and certainty in their lives. They make you feel secure, which helps us feel at ease and content. It’s not a requirement, but you can use this guide to help you bring balance to your life.

6 Travel-inspired Bachelorette Parties to Organize

It’s one of the biggest responsibilities of a girlfriend: plan a smashing bachelorette party that will wow the bride and her other friends. The thing is that your friend loves to travel and wants a travel-themed bachelorette party. There’s only one problem: you aren’t exactly fond of traveling. In fact, even before the pandemic, you haven’t spent much time outside the city or state. You only went to a couple of countries when you were in college just to get along with your friends, but traveling isn’t exactly your kind of thing.

Don’t fret. The internet exists primarily to help clueless individuals like you who have zero ideas about the task assigned to you. This is not the first time someone will plan a party without any idea where to begin. Not everyone is a gifted party organizer and planner, so there’s plenty of resources on the internet for this.

Plan a Yacht Party

Anyone who is carefree enough to love to travel will also have an affinity for the water. You can rent a party boat for hire to stay clear of the hustle and bustle of city life. In any case, it’s a luxurious treat for someone who is dear to you. Aboard a yacht, you can hire musicians, caterers, and bartenders to make it a full-on party. You can either have the boat anchored in the marina or have it sailed to the middle of the sea or at least a few miles away from the boardwalk.

Rent a House

Look for a house that has the classic tropical vibe of Indonesia’s Bali or the summer ambiance of Havana, Cuba. If no one in your friend’s circle has that kind of house, then rent an Airbnb and transform it into a beach house. Look for one with a private pool so you can splash around as a DJ mans the music table, and the other guests dance. Make sure there are inflatables in the shape of a donut, unicorn, and the sun to complete that summer vibe you are aiming for.

Glamp in Style

You have probably tried camping in the past. And if your friend loves to travel, she has tried it before, too. But now that you are older, camping isn’t really your style anymore. It is uncomfortable, and it hurts your back. No future bride wants that. So, what option do you have? Glamping means glamorous camping. Basically, you are camping but with all the amenities of a luxurious hotel, which means a soft bed, air-conditioner, indoor plumbing, and electricity. Forget about pesky mosquitoes since the bride needs to be smooth as butter on her wedding day.

Rejuvenate in a Spa Day

Honestly, who doesn’t deserve a spa weekend? Look for a spa resort somewhere outside the city. It doesn’t need to be too far; a two-hour drive is a good enough road trip. When you get to the spa resort, you can all forget about being in the same country or the same city. Most spa resorts have a meditative ambiance, which is something that your friend needs because of the stress that wedding planning brings her. So, although you are not exactly traveling, for now, a weekend in a spa resort will feel as relaxing as traveling, too.

Go on a Foodie Tour

Is there a better way to experience many other different cities than through their food? If there’s a particular country that your friend is fond of, then why not focus on a foodie tour of that country’s cuisine. If she wants Argentinian food, then schedule a food extravaganza with a local Argentinian restaurant so you can sample asado, chimichurri, empanadas, and dulce de leche.

Plan a Movie Night

Traveling through movies is also permitted for a low-key bachelorette party. You can watch movies that take you to far-flung areas such as “Eat, Pray, Love,” “Mamma Mia!,” “Only You,” and “Under the Tuscan Sun,” among others. You don’t have to leave your couch to experience traveling again. But make sure you have a bottle of champagne to toast the bride and a plate full of cheeses, dried fruits, chocolates, and nuts. Prepare for a long night of not really watching the movie but simply enjoying each other’s company.

Going out of town or out of the country, of course, is the most obvious way to have a travel-inspired bachelorette party. However, since not all people have the resources or time to make that happen, this list is a complication of unique ideas that will also make this party a fun event for everyone. Take your pick and work your magic.

Tips on Renovating an Old Building Into Your Dream Family Home

You’ve always wanted to renovate your old building into your dream family home. It would be the perfect space for you and your spouse to grow, nurture, and love each other in. But there’s one problem: you don’t have any experience with renovations! But, no worries–we’re here to help. Here are some tips on how to start this exciting journey of turning an old building into a beautiful new home for you and your loved ones.

Photo by Erik Mclean from Pexels

#1 Look at the plumbing first

The first thing you should do is to check the plumbing. You don’t want to renovate your dream home only to find out that all of your walls are filled with mold because there was a burst pipe in the wall! Also, make sure to check if the pipes are corroded and need some TLC.

You don’t want to get too far into this project without knowing how much you’re willing to spend on renovations.

You should always do a cost analysis of all that you wish to change about your home so that there aren’t any unpleasant surprises when it comes time for changes! Make sure you have enough money saved up in case something unexpected happens along the journey towards making an old building into a dream family home. Otherwise, these can be potential deal-breakers before anything has even started!

#2 Make structural repairs

You should hire a professional to make sure that all of your structural repairs are sound. Your local public works office can be helpful with this process because they will know who you need to contact for these types of projects! If the foundation isn’t up-to-par, consider hiring a professional that can use products like monotop to fix anything that has been damaged.

After checking out what needs to be repaired and how much those changes will cost you, look at everything else on your “wishlist” and prioritize accordingly. Keep in mind things like time constraints as well as whether or not certain renovations would have an impact on some other aspect being renovated by another contractor.

#3 Find a reputable builder

A good builder is essential for this type of renovation because they will be able to guide you through the process and make sure that what needs to get done actually does! Of course, getting a contractor can be pretty expensive. But if there are enough people in your area who want renovations done, it might make sense for you to team up with other families on renovating their homes, too–this way, everyone shares the initial costs together!

#4 Ensure the home is well insulated

Renovating an old building into your dream family home can be very rewarding when it’s done right. But if you don’t insulate well enough, all of that time and money will have been a complete waste! In addition, insulation is essential in preserving temperature control so that the air inside stays cool during the summer months and warm during winter ones.

When renovating an old building into your dream family home, make sure to pay attention to any insulation materials along with how they’re being used before anything else begins! It might cost more upfront, but it’ll save you from expensive repairs later on down the line!

These Are The First Challenges You’ll Face As A New Parent

Are you about to become a new parent? If so, then it’s important to understand some of the key challenges and issues that you are going to face. Here are some of the possibilities that you do need to keep in mind. By preparing for struggles here, you can guarantee that these problems don’t catch you completely off-guard.

Pexels Source CCO License

Getting Them To Feed

When you watch movies and TV shows it can seem as though a baby will never have any trouble feeding. This isn’t true and it’s possible that you do struggle to get your baby to latch if you are breastfeeding. Your nurse should be able to help you with this in the first few days. If you are struggling to breastfeed, then you might also need to consider your diet. It’s important that you are giving your body everything it needs to produce the right amount of milk. Do be aware that some mothers are unable to breastfeed and will need to rely on formula instead.

Constant Worrying

If you constantly find yourself worrying as a parent, then you are certainly not alone. It’s all too easy to find yourself completely submerged in worry at all times. You’ll be particularly concerned when you are not in the room with your baby. The easiest way to deal with this is to make sure that you do invest in a high quality baby monitor. That way, you will be able to gain complete peace of mind that they are safe and sound without any trouble at all.

A Good Night Of Sleep

Getting a good night sleep as a new parent can be tricky particularly if your child isn’t a great sleeper. One of the ways that you can deal with this is by making sure that you do think about sleeping when your baby is having naps. As difficult as it might seem, you can’t rely too much on a typical sleeping pattern when you bring a baby home for the first time.

It’s also important to make sure that you are giving your child the best chance at getting a good night of sleep. Foryourlittleone and similar stores have some great bassinets that will be perfect for ensuring that your baby is comfortable enough to drift off.

Dealing With The Mess

Finally, the mess that comes with a newborn can be quite a shock for the first few months. You could be inundated with diapers and you’ll have your fair share of accidents whether it’s on your carpet or on your clothes and furniture. You’re just going to have to roll with the punches here and clean up while you go to ensure that things don’t become too overwhelming or dire around your property with a messy newborn.

We hope this helps you understand some of the key challenges that you can face as a new parent and why you can’t ignore these issues. Take the right steps and you’ll have no problem ensuring these issues don’t cause you further stress.

When Is It Okay to Get Financial Advice?

The bills you have to pay, and the other money-related commitments you make, can become overwhelming if you do not get them under control. Sometimes, people tend to overestimate their financial ability to make purchases, leading to debt or an illusion of extra cash in their accounts. When there is poor financial literacy, it can easily be taken advantage of by those trying to sell you an opportunity that you are likely to lose money on.

You might be trying to figure out whether to get a financial advisor or take matters into your own hands and sort out your finances yourself. Different kinds of financial planners canprovide specific services, depending on the sort you are looking for. However, not all fiscal-related advice has to be sourced from a financial advisor. Many professions are allowed to offer their assistance to individuals who require guidance.

Here are some examples of instances where you can seek financial advice, be it from a financial advisor or otherwise:

Becoming a Homeowner

Picking out a payment scheme for your dream house can be confusing and challenging without the assistance of mortgage brokers. These will be professionals who have a thorough knowledge of the available options that will be a better fit for your financial situation. It helps to have someone navigate you through various payment schemes to ensure that you will be able to afford the commitment in the long term.

Aside from the initial payments you make, you might also need some financial advice on construction services that you will pay for. You can ask around for the typical cost of a particular job, canvassing for the average price so that you will have an idea of how much a contractor should charge you. By doing so, you will be aware of whether they are overcharging you, making it less likely for them to blindside you with a bill you are unprepared for.

Investing as a Beginner

Tackling investments may seem difficult to do on your own, especially if you are starting. This is when you can seek assistance from experienced brokers or fund managers, who can assess your risk appetite to find an investment that is fit for your profile. Although they might get a small percentage of what you will earn, it is an incentive to provide you with a profitable service from which both of you will benefit.

However, never mix your insurance with investments, especially if the insurance agent is disguising themself as a financial advisor. More often than not, they are there to sell you insurance paired with investments because it pays them a high commission – not because you need it. These sorts of insurances are known as variable universal insurances (VULs) and cost a lot more compared to working with a fund manager for your investments and purchasing insurance separately.

Insurance is a good thing when you have dependants and cannot afford to self-insure yourself. But learning to invest early on can help you pay for medical and other bills with your gains on investments and then some. This is as long as you diversify with the right portfolio. Since it takes time to learn stocks, having someone to help you from the beginning can reduce your chances of making mistakes.

Debt Servicing

When you have too much debt, it can become overwhelming to service when the notices demand immediate payment. You can ask a financial planner to help you identify the debts that must be prioritised over the others. This will help clear up some liabilities that can pay for other accountabilities in your books.

If you want to be free of debts, you can work on spending habits and the reasons for those debts. Ask yourself if they were necessary commitments at the time, and then try to figure out where you can make cuts in your budget to start servicing them. The sooner you start, the less stressed you will be because, eventually, you will be able to pay off some debts faster than others. When the amount you owe is small, it might be better to close those off first and then work toward the larger debts.

Financial advice may be freely available on the Internet. Still, the aforementioned instances are situations where it is better to seek professional help than attempt to work things out on your own. Money can become complicated by simply signing a contract, so it is best to know what you are signing up for in the first place.

How To Best Enjoy Your Fresh Cigar

Whether you’ve received one as a gift, brought some home as a souvenir from abroad, or simply decided to treat yourself, smoking a cigar is a truly luxurious and indulgent experience. The flavor of the smoke and the sensation of taking it in is nothing like smoking cigarettes, something that many people don’t understand. However, fresh cigars can have their taste and quality diminish if you’re not careful. Here are some tips to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Source – Pixabay License

Use a real cutter for it

You don’t simply light cigars from the end, as most know. However, using the appropriate cutting tool is important. You don’t want the edges to be frayed or rough, as this can lead to it burning more quickly down one side. Use a real cigar cutter and make sure that you keep it clean so that it cuts smoothly and without any shuddering to make it difficult to make that single, perfect slice. You also only want to cut the very tip of the cigar. Enough to leave an even, round surface to start burning, not a chunk of what you could actually enjoy smoking.

Ensure it maintains its humidity

You don’t have to smoke a full cigar in one go. In fact, some cigars have a nice difference in taste when you pick them back up for a second smoke. When you do want to stop smoking it, let it rest and it will burn itself out. Cheap cigars might not go out themselves, but they are harder to snuff out and leave more of a mess. Store your cigars in a humidor humidifier, too. This helps them retain more of that humidity that allows them to have such rich taste and to put themselves out.

Light with care

You don’t want to use lighters that make use of heavy fuels such as lighter fluid, so zippo lighters should go right out the window. A butane torch can work fine, but many a long-time smoker won’t use anything other than a match or a cedar stick to light it. How you light is just as important as what you use to light it. You only need to get embers on the end of the cigar to be able to start taking your first drag. Otherwise, you’re just burning that precious taste away. Keep as much of the leaves as you can.

Don’t inhale it, whatever you do

If this is your first time smoking, then this is an important piece of advice. You don’t inhale cigar smoke. It’s far too thick and you’re going to end up coughing with a burning sensation in your chest. Cigars make a much heavier smoke than cigarettes. For that reason, you want to breathe it into your mouth and hold it there, where you can appreciate the taste and smell of it. You can blow it out your mouth or your nose, but just avoid inhaling it down your throat.

If you want to enjoy some fresh new cigars, make sure that you give yourself the kind of experience you deserve. Follow the tips above for the best draw you can get.

Eco-Friendly Car Ownership: Top Ways to Make Your Passion Kinder to the Environment

Cars release toxic fumes that hurt the environment. Hence, environmentalists and sustainability advocates promote walking and traveling by bicycle. But it’s not easy to let go of the habit of driving and buying new cars. In any angle, driving is more convenient than walking, commuting, or cycling. In the car, it’s private, the air is cleaner, and you’re in control of the wheel.

But then again, cars aren’t the friendliest to the environment. Hybrid or electric cars may be better, but producing them still leaves a significant carbon footprint. Luckily for you, you don’t have to give up your love for cars to help the earth. These hacks will make auto care and ownership a lot greener:

1. Choose Fuel-efficient, Low-emission Autos

Almost all vehicles released today are fuel-efficient and low-emission, so you shouldn’t have a problem choosing one. This is the least you can do to make your driving eco-friendlier. Plus, you can save on gas.

To know if your car options meet the standard for fuel efficiency and emissions, check out EPA’s Green Vehicle guide.

2. Avoid Driving Recklessly

Aside from risking your safety, reckless driving also increases your gas mileage and carbon footprint. Hard accelerations, slamming on the brakes, and staying idle for more than 30 seconds are the top driving habits that harm the environment. Avoid doing those and you’ll notice a big difference.

3. Stay Updated With Maintenance

Maintenance is the costliest part of owning a vehicle, so some owners skip it. But this only results in higher expenses. Poorly maintained vehicles break down easier, and their issues are often more expensive to repair.

Key maintenance includes oil changes, checking the tire pressure, and testing the engine. Of course, don’t forget to test the brakes and steering wheel, too. A well-maintained car will drive without issues, optimizing your fuel efficiency.

4. Use Eco-friendly Tires

Next time you’re due for new tires, check out eco-friendly types if you’re not using them yet. Eco-friendly tires are made from synthetic rubber blends and other sustainable materials. They have better rolling resistance than regular tires. As such, they reduce emissions and boost fuel efficiency.

5. Refrain from Topping Off Your Pump

Every time you refill your gas, stop as soon as the automatic nozzle shuts off. Topping off your pump makes the gas prone to leakage, which creates a fire hazard, and, of course, harms the environment. Gasoline can seep into the groundwater and contaminate fresh water sources.

6. Use Portable Car Wash Bay

high-quality portable car wash system can help you conserve water while you give your autos a bath. It has a bunded perimeter wall that retains wastewater and a pump that transports wastewater for treatment. Simply put, it lets you recycle runoff. You can hit two birds with one stone, saving water and reducing your water bill.

7. Use Eco-friendly Car Wash Chemicals

Instead of buying hydrofluoric acid and ammonium bi-fluoride, find eco-friendly alternatives. Harsh chemicals don’t just emit fumes, but also have side effects on your health, including eye, throat, skin, and nose irritation, eye and skin burns, rhinitis, and lung problems.

In fact, the International Car Wash Association already issued a warning against using harsh chemicals. Though harsh chemicals are only common in professional settings, you can still be part of the problem if you support businesses that ignore warnings. So if you’d truly like to make a change, switch to eco-friendly car wash products, and ensure that the car wash businesses you support use them, too.

8. Save Water

If you haven’t got a portable car wash bay yet, explore other ways to conserve water while washing your car. You can buy a pressure washer, since it releases less water than a garden hose. A pressure washer also cleans faster, and can be used for other heavy items around your home, such as your A/C compressors and garden pavers.

If a pressure washer is beyond your budget, just equip your garden hose with an automatic shutoff nozzle. It can save you up to 70 gallons of water.

There’s also a waterless car cleaner. True to its name, it doesn’t have to be rinsed off after being sprayed all over your car. You can buy it from Amazon or any auto parts store.

And finally, you can go to a car wash that uses water-efficient techniques, along with eco-friendly car wash products.

9. Carpool

Last but not the least, try carpooling if you and your colleagues drive to work every day. Reducing the number of cars on the road can improve traffic flow, decreasing toxic fumes from idle cars. And of course, it saves you money on gas.

By using these hacks, your love for cars won’t ever have to come at the expense of nature again. Be consistent in using them; make it a lifestyle. By doing so, you can influence other auto enthusiasts to do the same.

Are You Sending Your Teen Into The Wrong Lane By Buying Their First Vehicle?

Nowadays, it’s commonplace for parents to buy their teen’s first vehicle. From car keys hidden in a box for their birthday through to a car waiting in the drive when they pass their test, this coming of age ritual can certainly seem like something worth doing, if just to see the look on their faces.

For some parents, however, questions as to whether this is a good move after all have started to put doubt into the trend. Of course, there’s no denying that there are certain benefits from jumping on this bandwagon, including your ability to choose a safer first vehicle. Knowing that they’ve got a car waiting for them also increases the chances that your teen will focus on their lessons and even seek earlier driving tests as soon as they’re able. That said, there are downsides to taking this step for them, too.

Generations who had to work a bit harder to get their first vehicles would certainly argue that even modern teens could benefit from doing the same. Keep on reading to find out why they could well be right.

A secondary lesson in saving

Learning to drive can teach your teen all manner of lessons, including patience and concentration. Having to save for their own vehicle can also prove to be an invaluable learning opportunity that you’d rid them of otherwise. Whether they have to find a job for this purpose or simply set aside a certain amount each month from their existing pay packet, they would certainly learn a thing or two about persistence, finances in general, and the idea of a strong work ethic for getting what you want.

Developing their understanding of cars

Unless they have a specific interest in cars, the vast majority of new teen drivers don’t know a great deal more than vehicle basis. They certainly won’t know about things like horsepower, torque, and all that other stuff. By comparison, a teen who’s had to research the technicalities of cars in advance of even getting behind their own wheel will have a far better understanding of vehicle intricacies, and thus things like repair and proper performance on the road where necessary.

An increased sense of satisfaction

Learning to drive can be an incredibly satisfying experience for any teen, helping them to feel more grown-up, and buying them their freedom. As much as they might gripe about having to buy their own car, this step, too, can help them towards that independence. Certainly, the need to work towards, and fund a vehicle by themselves can be a huge step towards adulthood, making them feel way more satisfied in the end than they would have if mum and dad took this last step for them.

Ultimately, whether or not to buy your teen their first car is a personal choice, and there are strong arguments on both sides. Make sure that you consider each side of the coin before you take the helm on a decision that could quickly steer your teen’s driving journey into the wrong lane.
