Exercise For Less: 3 Inexpensive Ways To Workout From Home

Scott Webb

Signing up for a gym membership may seem like a good way to invest in your health, and while it may help to keep you fit and toned, the costs can also make your wallet a lot slimmer. Nowadays, the average cost of a gym membership is just under $60 a month, however, most of it goes to waste as 67% of memberships go unused. While investing in your health and well-being may be one of the best decisions that you could make in your life, there are other things that you can do to get fit without spending a fortune. To get in shape for less, try working out at home.

Benefits of working out at home

One of the best things about working out is that when it’s done on a regular basis, you can get good results no matter where you choose to do it. Exercising at home means that you get to save money on workout clothes because you can wear whatever you want and not worry if your shirt is too old or if your socks are mismatched. You can also start exercising right away as you don’t have to change into workout clothes or wait in line to use the fitness machines. Best of all, you get to play your own music, and you don’t feel self-conscious because no one else is around. By working out at home, you get to focus on what matters most—exercising, without all the other distractions that you can find at a gym. Here are a few inexpensive ways to workout from home.

P90X3 workout

Doing the P90X3 workout only takes 30 minutes a day for 90 days, so it may be the right fit for you if you’re pressed for time or if you’re trying to get in shape within a certain time frame. While you need little to no equipment, you can use dumb bells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat for a better workout experience. Plastic dumb bells that can be filled with water don’t cost a lot, or you can use soup cans or big bottles of water instead of dumb bells if you don’t want to spend anything at all.

Try workout DVDs

Workout videos have come a long way since the 80’s when Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, and all those jazzercise videos were all the rage. Today, you can find a wide variety of workout DVDs for just a few dollars in online stores, so take your pick from Zumba, hip hop, Tae Bo, HIIT, or anything else that interests you.

Workout to a YouTube video

To do this, all you need is an internet connection, your laptop, and you’re good to go. There are lots of YouTube exercise channels that will help to keep you in shape without spending a single cent. For a fun way to break out a sweat, try Keaira LaShae’s Reggae Dancehall Workout or the Beyonce “Move Your Body” Full Workout Routine.

Your health matters, but so do your finances, and exercising at home will help strengthen your body without doing a number on your wallet. Try any of these tips to get fit without breaking the bank.

A Bitter Pill: The Effects Of Giving Your Children Tablets & Smartphones

Image

It’s a common part of society now, everyone has their smartphone glued to their hands, and people would rather flick of their finger back and forth on a small screen rather than engage the person next to them in conversation. But the biggest place where it’s having an impact is at home with your family, and, more specifically, your children. A lot of young children are already addicted to tablets. And it seems that by the age of two, most children already know how to use a smartphone or a tablet, so is this a little premature? But also what are the negative effects of your child having a smartphone or a tablet at such a young age?

It Becomes Their First Addiction

As we all know, it’s very difficult for us to put down or smartphone for any lengthy period of time anymore. Think about this in terms of an infant, where between the ages of 0 and 2 years old, their brain will triple in size. And if their brain space is taken up by an allegiance to this electronic device, not only do they become addicted to it, but it also doesn’t teach them how to control their impulses or to even challenge themselves, both of which are traits of an addictive personality.

Your Relationship With Your Child Can Be Fractured

If the tablet becomes their priority, this gets in the way of any young child developing proper personal bonds, which means they will struggle to utilize their emotions, and they will struggle to form bonds with other people down the years. In addition to this, any time you take away their tablet or smartphone, it will result in temper tantrums, which aren’t pleasant to deal with. We tend to think that we are keeping them quiet for 5 minutes by giving them a tablet. However this kind of behavior will self-perpetuate itself, and you may find that you have got into a desperate cycle of pacifying your child with a tablet for an excessive amount of time.

The Health And Safety Concerns

It has been widely spoken off that if you go to bed with your smartphone, it will suppress your melatonin, known as the sleep hormone, and therefore it becomes a struggle to have and maintain good quality sleep. Couple this with the all too real concern of mobile phones and tablets catching fire, this is something for every parent to be concerned about. If, heaven forbid, your child fell asleep with their tablet under their pillow, and it caught fire that would be a terrible thing to endure as a parent. There may be some sense of redemption in hiring accident lawyers to fight for a product liability claim, but this would be low on your list of priorities if your child were severely hurt by their tablet. We all think nothing of plugging in our phones to charge at night, but this is the time when you are most at risk.

It’s Incredibly Distracting

Children growing up with a smartphone are being distracted in many ways. It is argued that these devices can have an impact on the hands on approach to completing tasks. So, for children in school who are solely relying on their tablet or smartphone, their sensorimotor or visual motor skills may be very underdeveloped. By being distracted by their phones, there’s a high chance that they are not being as creative or imaginative as the average child used to be. In fact, with the wealth of information at your fingertips now, it means that there is less engaging with the brain, and the ability to recall information is not used as much as it used to. A good example is that instead of trying to remember a fact for the purposes of debate, they can simply look up the information. This can be argued as a good thing in one respect, but on the other side of the equation, this means that everyone, not just children, are not using their brain the way it was meant to be used.

It’s Stopping Interaction

This is all too obvious to everyone, but if we as adults are not interacting with people more, how is this affecting our children? And if you think back to the playground in school, you actually played; you didn’t sit in the corner on your phone. This lack of interaction and engagement with other people is showing in the increase in obesity in our children, but it’s also a critical signpost of how future generations may be ill-equipped to deal with basic human emotional processes.

You may have already given your children that smartphone or tablet, but with these, and many other dangerous symptoms of being glued to a screen, it’s time to take them back. It is, indeed, a bitter pill to swallow.

Strategies To Combat Low Quality Sleep

You might be in bed for 8 hours a night, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting the high quality, restorative sleep that you deserve. The aim of sleeping isn’t to simply be in bed for 7-9 hours per night. It’s to get a high quality sleep that leaves us feeling refreshed and ready to face the day ahead.

If you wake up feeling groggy, snoozing your alarm and simply wanting more sleep in general, chances are, you’re suffering with low quality sleep. These strategies will help you to combat low quality sleep, once and for all:

Image

Wind Down Before Bed

Get into a great wind down routine before bed. Sorry, but sitting there with a glass of red and your favorite TV program doesn’t count, and will actually hinder your sleep!

Your bedtime routine can involve anything you like, but here are some suggestions:

  • Meditation
  • A bath
  • Reading
  • Drinking a cup of bedtime tea (no caffeine)

When you get into a good routine and stick to it, you’ll be able to regulate your circadian rhythms better. You’ll get tired at the same time and wake up at the same time. It’ll get so much easier!

Stop Stressing

The more you stress throughout the day, the more your mind is going to feel like it’s whirring before bed. There’s nothing worse than trying to sleep when you have a hundred thoughts in your head at once. Stopping the stress can feel difficult, but you can do it. Try writing lists to help get some things out of your head. Meditate and breathe deeply to get rid of those worries. Maybe even speak to a professional. Bear in mind that things like caffeine can also stimulate stress.

Ultimately, you need to let go of the things you can’t control, and stop worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet!

Make Sure Your Bed Is Just Right

Your bed needs to be just right if you’re going to get the quality sleep you deserve. You need a mattress that is nice on your pressure points, and the right amount of pillows to keep your spine in alignment. The tough part is, people usually need something different! You can start hunting for the right bed for you by checking out sites like mattress.review. You should never underestimate how important the comfort of your bed is for a high quality sleep.

Cut Back On Caffeine

Not only does caffeine stimulate stress, it can help to keep you awake at night. Limit it to early on in the day. Remember, it isn’t just coffee that’s high in caffeine. Even chocolate contains caffeine!

Make Sure You Don’t Have Any Underlying Problems

If you’ve been struggling to sleep for a while, waking up in the night, or simply waking up feeling groggy, you must make sure you don’t have any underlying problems. Things like sleep apnea or bruxism could be at play here, but you won’t know if you don’t get it checked out.

Combat your low quality sleep today for a better life!

Identifying And Coping With Hearing Loss

Hearing loss has a way of sneaking up on you. While it’s something that we traditionally write off as an inevitable part of aging, there are numerous causes of hearing loss although many are degenerative and in many cases we don’t realize the extent of our hearing loss until it’s gotten pretty bad. If you find yourself asking people to repeat themselves over and over again. If people accuse you of not listening to them or you have trouble realizing that people are talking to you half way through a conversation then these can be telling signs that you have hearing loss that you may not even be fully aware of.

Hearing loss can be a cause of embarrassment and anxiety to sufferers that is only exacerbated when it is left ignored and untreated. As people get more impatient with having to repeat themselves and the world around them feels more remote and alienating, sufferers of hearing loss can find themselves suffering severely damaging psychological effects. Here we’ll look at spotting the signs of hearing loss, the psychological and emotional impact that sufferers may undergo and the importance of identifying the cause and the effects that it may have on treatment as well as how people with hearing loss can help themselves and others around them better understand their condition.

Spotting the signs

Hearing loss in adults doesn’t just happen overnight. It often takes place over a period of years in increments so small that sufferers don’t even notice it day by day. While we may associate hearing loss with advanced age, it can be experienced at virtually any age, regardless of our general health and fitness. If you notice any of the following occurring on a daily basis then there’s a good chance that you’re experiencing hearing loss.

  • You struggle to hear people talking to you on the phone
  • You frequently feel that others are mumbling and often need them to repeat themselves
  • You struggle to be part of conversations in busy places like malls, cafes, bars and restaurants.
  • Your partner and friends accuse you of not listening.
  • Your family often says that you have the TV or radio on too loud.
  • You can’t tell where sound is coming from.
  • Conversations require a great deal of conversations and become exhausting.

The psychological effects of hearing loss

The psychological impact of gradual hearing loss cannot be underestimated. It can alienate you from your partner and friends and leave you feeling isolated. It can cause people to become frustrated and irritated with you, negatively impacting your self-esteem. Moreover, coming to the realization that you are in fact losing your hearing is a genuine bereavement that requires emotional and psychological adjustment. As with any loss you can expect to feel anger, resentment and you may well be in denial of the existence or extent of your hearing loss. Once you’ve come to accept it as a reality of your life, however, you must not suffer in silence but seek help in identifying the cause of your hearing loss as this will be the first step to treating it.

Identifying the cause

Hearing loss can have a seriously detrimental effect on not only your ability to live your day to day life but on your mental health if left untreated. Thus, it’s important to seek the advice of an audiologist to correctly identify the cause of your hearing loss. In some cases it may even be something that can be reversed. Most common cases of hearing loss are attributed to either nerve damage (sensorineural hearing loss) or obstructions in the ear canal (conductive hearing loss). Many cases of hearing loss can be reversed by removing waxy buildup in the ear or removing lodged foreign objects from the ear canal. Likewise infections or pus buildup in the ear canal can be treated with an antibiotic. Some obstructions, however like perforation of the eardrums or Otosclerosis (an abnormal bone growth in the middle ear) cannot be reversed. Hearing loss caused by nerve damage, however, has a more diverse range of causes. It can be caused by aging, regular exposure to loud noises, viral infections, hereditary conditions like Meniere’s disease (which also affects your balance) and even lifestyle related conditions like obesity or excessive smoking can cause sensorineural hearing loss. This kind of hearing loss requires more comprehensive treatment that will likely remain with you for the rest of your life.

Treatment and tech

An audiologist will likely want to prescribe you a hearing aid. There was a time when hearing aids were ugly, bulky inefficient things but the advent of digital technology has made hearing aids much more discreet and effective. Whether you opt for a hearing aid that clips behind the ear or one that sits discreetly in the ear canal, most digital hearing aids are hard to detect, though it’s important to note that hearing aids require a period of adjustment. When you first start wearing a hearing aid you’ll likely experience a tinny buzzing in your ears. Over time your brain (which has gotten used to compensating for your hearing loss) will start to recognize these vibrations as sounds and adjust to the hearing aid over a period of weeks. It’s important to allow yourself this period of adjustment and stick with your hearing aids as frustrating as the transitional period may be. If your hearing loss makes phone conversations difficult the good news is that there are many phones for the hearing impaired available. They have hardware and software built-in that can not only elevate the volume but clarify speech by reducing background noise and even slow down talk speed to make speech easier to understand.

Openness and honesty

When you hearing loss has been diagnosed it’s important to take ownership of it and not to feel embarrassed. Being open and honest about it with friends and family will prevent them from getting impatient and irritated with you when they have to repeat themselves. They’ll also know that your hearing loss is outside of your control and that you’re not deliberately ignoring them.

Those around you can help by being patient and trying to speak more slowly and clearly in your presence.

I Can’t Stress The Importance Of Beating Stress Enough…

Stress is something that all of us will encounter at one stage or another. Unfortunately, though, many of us find ourselves coming up against it on an increasingly frequency basis.

Knowing how to fight stress is essential if you want to lead an enriched life. After all, those mental strains will take their toll on virtually every aspect and activity. Here are five ways to reduce the damage caused by your next bout while also reducing the likelihood of it coming back anytime soon.

Pixabay

#1. Pay Attention To Your Needs

In this fast-paced modern world, it’s very easy to get our priorities in a muddle. Overlooking the importance of self-care and attention is one of the most common issues. This guide to giving your mind and soul the TLC it deserves can have a huge impact on your mental state of mind. Furthermore, it should go a long way to boosting physical health as well as the way you are received by others. Perfect.

#2. Spend Time With Loved Ones

People are the central focus for happiness in this life. Many people go through their adult lives without seeing their nearest and nearest nearly enough. Of course, social media and video chats are a great substitute. However, there’s nothing like human interaction to relieve the sense of stress. Family hikes and bike rides can be particularly good as the exercise releases endorphins too. Meanwhile, making time for seeing friends is vital too. If nothing else, it gives you a chance to open up about those fears.

#3. Build A Happier Home Environment

Home is the foundation of your lifestyle, and it has a huge impact on daily activities. If those four walls are making you unhappy, it will quickly become a major source of stress. Even if funds are tight, you can easily transform your home with a few coats of paint. A decluttering session will also make the property look and feel far bigger. Add a few house plants, and everything will start to feel more relaxed.

#4. Don’t Become A Victim

Life is hard enough without mistakes. Personal errors are a great source of frustration. In truth, though, nothing will harm your mental state quite like being the victim of mistreatment. There is help out there to fight those moral and financial injustices. Whether it’s contacting car accident lawyers or the local workers union, the expert touch can be hugely helpful. You don’t have to fight those battles alone. The sooner you realize it, the better.

#5. Avoid The Unknown

There’s no greater stress than worrying about the unknown. Worse still, there are many occasions where you’ll be fearing things that are solely in your head. This is most common when dealing with health aspects. Speaking to a medical expert is the only solution. Meanwhile, prescription discount cards can remove the financial fears. Getting into the habit of self-diagnosis is only going to harm your emotional health as you’ll never have concrete answers. Besides, if there is an issue, it’s better to fight it early.

Your Family & Their Health: Making Those Vital Changes

Everyone has the desire to ensure that they and their family ar as healthy as possible for as long as possible. But knowing how to make this a reality is often something of a challenge. If you have come to realise you could probably be doing more towards this end, then you might want to know what it is that you can do. In this post, we are going to take a look at some of the major changes you can make which are going to dramatically change how you approach the issue of health and happiness in your family forever. You might not have considered some of these changes, and they are not all for everyone – but each one of them is a powerful way to make your family much healthier effectively and swiftly.

Pic Source

Prioritize It

Put simply, one of the best ways to ensure that your family remain as healthy as possible is to make it a priority within the family unit. Only then can you really be sure that your family are going to feel as looked after as possible, so it is essential that you get this right. Knowing how to make health a priority in the family is tricky in itself – but most of all it is just a matter of rearranging how you do things in order to place health at the top. If you find that you probably don’t eat as well as you could, then you could set up a plan to improve that fast. Or if nobody in your family really exercises very much, you might want to set that up as a priority by penciling in some workout sessions in your diary. However you do it, it is only by changing your approach to health that you can hope to make it work better for you.

Get Some Education

You don’t need to work in healthcare to benefit from some medicinal education; those who are concerned about their families might also find that there is much to be gained from taking a masters in nursing education or something similar. When you have at least a basic understanding of medicine and healthcare, you are much more likely to be able to properly look after your family in terms of their health, so this could be an extremely powerful thing to do here. Or it could just be a case of being trained in First Aid; that alone will make you and your family feel much more relaxed around the whole issue of health emergencies, which in turn leads to better practices. Consider getting a little education soon if you are serious about your family keeping strong and healthy.

Talk It Through

The best way to enact any real changes in a family unit is to talk about it as thoroughly as you possibly can. Getting it out in the open is always a powerful way to do this, and it just might be the best things that you do for your family this year. Start to talk about health and how to improve it, and everyone will get on board and change their ways for the better in no time.

Don’t Let Your Work Damage Your Health

Are there hidden dangers in your workplace? Even if you don’t work in bomb disposal or on a fishing trawler, your job may still be having negative effects on your health. Here are a few ways that you can spot the dangers and lower the risks.

Be attentive with health and safety

If you work on a building site, it’s likely everyone will be strictly ordered to wear a hard hat and a hi-vis at all times. However, in some jobs the equipment may be there – and it may be recommended that you use it in a job contract – and yet most people won’t wear it because no boss is strictly enforcing it.

This can sometimes be the case when handling various chemicals such as industrial cleaning fluids. If special gloves are available, be safe and use them.

If you believe your workplace hasn’t got effective health and safety measures in place, you can always contact the HSE and they will be able to send in an inspector to see if health and safety laws are being broken. If you know that laws are being broken, you may even be able to file a lawsuit against your employer (especially so if you have already been poisoned by chemicals in the workplace). Be aware that your employer may not always be aware of certain hidden dangers (e.g. asbestos on the roof, broken safety equipment).

Reduce stress

Work related stress is thought to be one of the biggest causes of heart failure. By raising blood pressure, stress puts more strain on the heart. Clots are also more likely to form due to an excessive build-up of white blood cells in the arteries. The stress hormone cortisol meanwhile has many other negative effects on our body such as muscles strain, aging of the skin, infertility and inability to sleep properly.

The best remedy for stress in such a situation is to find a new job, although of course this isn’t always possible. Some people may be addicted to work as they try to chase a promotion, resulting in the excessive stress. In some cases, a job’s pay may make it hard to leave without having to sacrifice a certain lifestyle. Often small steps can be made to make work less stressful, whether it’s working fewer hours, taking on less responsibility or simply going on a break. In all cases, you should talk to your employer, or a counselor if you feel your employer may be the reason for your stress.

Beware of ill colleagues

Whilst generally not a major danger to our health, most of us will catch illnesses and infections off of our colleagues. This could be prevented if everybody stayed at home when sick, but many of us guilty of going into the office when we feel unwell, either due to the pressure of the job or a need to receive full pay. If somebody else is seriously ill and you’re worried about it, it’s worth telling your employer who then may be able to send that staff member home. No employer wants their entire workforce getting sick.

Give yourself recovery time

Many of us can do damage to our health simply by returning to work to early after a major illness or accident. For example, someone with a broken ankle may decide to return to their job as a waiter before the recommended period and cause extra damage to their foot. Often putting strain on an injury before the recommended recovery period is over can result in lasting damage. It’s common for those in manual labour jobs to permanently do their back in due to lifting a heavy object with a recovering back injury. Listen to the doctor and stay away from work until you’re well enough. There are certain methods that may allow you to recover faster, but you should always clarify these with a medical professional first.

Avoid repetitive strain injuries

Some injuries can be done through doing the same action day in, day out. These don’t just apply to manual labour jobs, sitting at a desk and staring at a screen has all kinds of bad long-term effects such as damaging posture, damaging vision and damaging muscles in the waist from constant sitting down. Taking a break from the screen and stretching your legs throughout the day can help lessen this damage. There are also methods such as buying a stand up desk, as well as special exercises behind a desk (or deskercises).

Potent Natural Indigestion Remedies

Indigestion – that uncomfortable bloated, burning feeling that so often comes on after eating a heavy meal or during pregnancy – can be pretty unpleasant to say the least, especially when it comes on suddenly and you aren’t prepared to deal with it. Luckily, there are lots of effective natural indigestion remedies available, many of which you may well be able to rustle up in the kitchen at a pinch.

Here are some of the most potent natural remedies for indigestion I know of:

Seed Blend

Next time you get an attack of indigestion, if you have a well-stocked pantry, head to the kitchen and combine a teaspoon each of anise, caraway, fennel and dill seeds. Spend a few minutes slowly chewing on them, and they will help you to expel the excess gas that’s causing your so much discomfort, from your body.

Chamomile Tea

You’re probably aware of chamomile tea’s relaxing qualities, but did you know that it can also be used to settle a dyspeptic tummy too? The trick is to steep your chamomile tea for 10-15 minutes before drinking.

Honey and Vinegar

If you know that certain foods are likely to give you indigestion, then it’s never a bad idea to drink a warm glass of water mixed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and the same amount of honey first. In most cases, this will stop indigestion from coming on – just make sure you drink it no more than 3 minutes before you eat.

Calendula

Making an infusion using calendula flower and hot water might help to ease the worst symptoms of indigestion because the flower is a known anti-inflammatory with stomach settling properties. That is why it is used in Caruso’s liver detox supplements, which can also be used for indigestion. You can buy calendula flower tea online and at most well-stocked health stores.

Baking Soda

It doesn’t exactly taste pleasant, but mixing a teaspoon of baking soda into a warm glass of water with, perhaps a drop or two of lemon juice will quickly neutralize stomach acids and have you feeling your normal self again almost immediately.

Crystallized Ginger

Crystallized ginger is a real treat, and if you have indigestion, you don’t have to feel bad about indulging your sweet tooth with it because ginger is great for stimulating digestion and settling the stomach. It’s also pretty good at relieving morning sickness for any of you pregnant ladies out there!

Bitter

Bitter beers aren’t to everyone’s taste, but if you’re suffering from indigestion and your spouse has some in the fridge, drinking half a bottle will help to stimulate your digestion, due to its rich hops content. It’s important that you do only drink half a bottle/glass as drinking more could make the problem worse!

Move

If you don’t have any indigestion remedies to hand, it might sound odd, but making very specific movements can also do the trick. For example, bending over and rocking back and forth can help to move trapped gas, and some people have even found relief from performing a somersault, although I’m not sure I’d recommend that!

10-Minute Solutions For Stress

We’ve all been there. You feel like you’ve got too much on your plate all the time. Stress is something that affects us all, but it can cause people to react in different ways. Some people thrive on stress, others let it overpower them. There are so many causes of stress, and myriad ways to deal with it. Next time you’re feeling stressed, try these simple 10-minute solutions for size.

Talk it out

Have you got thoughts whizzing around in your head? Do you feel like you’re going to burst? Do you need advice or simply want to offload? If so, don’t bottle everything up. Call a friend or pop and see your sister or your mom. Even a 5-minute rant can do you a power of good. It’s beneficial to get things out and to express yourself. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to people you know, consider seeing a therapist once a week or every few months. It’s good to have an outlet if you are feeling like things are getting on top of you.

Tidy up

There’s nothing more annoying than walking into your office in the morning to see a massive pile of papers or arriving home to a living room packed to the rafters. Take a moment to tidy up, clear everything away, and start afresh. Try and get into the habit of filing papers, and keeping pens and other stationery bits in a container, and keep your desk surface as clear as possible. At home, do a quick tidy up before you go to bed and use solutions like a shoe storage rack, boxes and crates, a shelving unit and clothes rails to keep things in order. Nobody wants to spend time tidying when they’re tired, or they’ve got a to-do list as long as their arm, but you’ll feel so much better after a bit of decluttering.

Stretch

Exercise is one of the best natural remedies for stress. Even if you’ve only got a few minutes to spare, doing some stretches or going for a quick walk around the block will help to boost your mood and clear your mind.

Laugh

If you’re having one of those days, laughter is the best medicine. When you’ve got a break, call that friend who never fails to give you the giggles or watch some funny clips on your phone. Laughing triggers a series of processes within your body, which are proven to lift your spirits.

Breathe

Do you feel like you’re running around like a headless chicken? Are you struggling to hear yourself think? Are people asking you to do things left, right, and center? If you need a break, take 10 minutes, stretch your legs and focus on breathing deeply. Take deep breaths in and then exhale. This will help to lower your heart rate and make you feel less anxious. Some people also find meditation really helpful. If you haven’t been to classes before, you can follow guided meditations using apps or online videos.

If stress is getting to you, try these simple solutions. You may not find every one effective, but there may be some that are just the tonic.

Health Hazards That You Must Start Paying Attention To Immediately

Nothing in this life is more important than health, and most people actively try to adopt positive ideas into their activities. In most cases, though, it’s the avoidance of negative influences that truly has the biggest impact on long-term health aspects.

Here are some of the aspects that you are most likely to have ignored. Ensure that you start paying the necessary attention from this moment on, and your body will be eternally grateful.

Image:
